Taking a 15-minute yoga break
A 15-minute yoga break can be a refreshing way to recharge during your busy day. Here’s a simple and effective yoga routine you can follow:
Tabletop: Start on your hands and knees with your knees directly under your hips and your wrists directly under your shoulders.
Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog Pose): From Tabletop, tuck your toes under and press your hips up and back to Downward-Facing Dog.
Plank Pose: Engage your core and hold a straight line from head to heels.
Sphinx Pose: Lie down on your belly, prop yourself up on your forearms, and lift your chest.
Lunge Twist: Step your right foot forward into a lunge, twist your torso to the right, and reach your left arm up.
Anjaneyasana (Low Lunge): Sink your hips down and forward, feeling a stretch in your hip flexors.
Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend): Stand up, hinge at your hips, and fold forward, letting your head hang.
Bhujangasana (Cobra Pose): Lie on your belly, place your hands under your shoulders, and lift your chest off the ground.
Remember to breathe deeply and mindfully throughout the practice. Enjoy your yoga break!
